Our company is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Bottom line, we take special care to to treat our referrals with the same courtesy and professionalism as they would expect from you.

And to take it a step further, every client that is referred to Shelter Realty is tagged with their referring agent’s name and contact information in our Property Management Software so that we can notify the original agent immediately if their client decides to purchase or sell in the future.

Regarding Commissions – Once the referred client signs our Property Management Agreement and we have collected our administrative fee, a $250 referral fee is paid to the referring agent through their broker.
